Shipping Policy
We deliver in Mallorca only. We do not ship to any other location. You will need to spend at least €1000,- to receive a free delivery from us. Any order less than this is subject to pick-up at the shop or standard postage fees by Correos/UPS/DHL. Caviar and Chilled products are subject to personal delivery, and can not be shipped. Contact us before placing your order to find out how much the delivery will cost you!
Refund Policy
Our business is clear: we do not offer refunds on any of our beverages. The European laws are clear too: refunds are only available for non-beverage items. Tickets bought for events can be refunded only until 48 hours before each event.
