About Amy Lynn Baillargeon

Originally from Canada, Amy has worked in real estate development and property sales in Mallorca for more than 20 years. She played a key role in the Bellver Park Properties project, including the successful development of Bellver Gardens, Bellver Oaks and Bellver Place in Palma.

Today, Amy works closely with Palmallorca Co-Owner Homes to identify the right properties and assess their upgrade potential. Her role is to help transform selected listings into key-ready co-ownership homes—ready to welcome new owners from day one.

With a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for high-quality living, Amy ensures that every home she helps shape reflects both lifestyle value and long-term viability. Her focus is on revitalizing underused properties and bringing them to life through thoughtful design and shared ownership.
