The BiniVista Family – a unique membership

To join the BiniVista Family requires an annual fee of €1,200, which is split into two payments. The first installment is due in Spring when you receive your initial wine package of 24 bottles, and the second is payable in Autumn with the arrival of your subsequent shipment of another 24 bottles.

This fee covers not only the cost of the wines but also all taxes and delivery to your doorstep in either Denmark or Mallorca and soon in other european countries during spring 2025.

As a member, you will receive 48 bottles each year, offering a comprehensive selection of BiniVista’s creations. This curated collection ensures that you always have the perfect bottle for any occasion. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a wine, you can return it free of charge without losing your membership status.

The BiniVista Team: Expertise and vision

Søren Svenningsen, a former lawyer, has transitioned into a successful vintner in Mallorca, driven by his goal to “create the world’s best wine.” His ambition is evident at Bodega BiniVista, where tradition and innovation blend seamlessly.

Joan Horrach, a Deià native and ex-professional cyclist, now manages daily operations at BiniVista, bringing his local expertise.

Joan Lluís Bibiloni, born in Consell in 1983, pursued his passion for winemaking after working summers at Ca’n Ribas. With 15 years of experience, he now specializes in viticulture and enology in Mallorca.

Marie Von Ahm, with decades of marketing experience, handles sales and strategy, contributing to the winery’s success.

Julia-Nora Lorenzen, BiniVista’s oenologist since 2021, specializes in minimal intervention winemaking, allowing the vines to naturally reflect Mallorca’s terroir, while avoiding artificial inputs.

1. 265° Galatzó: A fresh and complex white wine made from Chardonnay (82%) and Giró Ros (18%). It offers layers of Granny Smith apple, white peach, and clementine, with underlying notes of fennel seeds and toasted almonds. A smooth, velvety texture unfolds on the palate with creamy acidity.

2. 358° Massanella: A vibrant rosé made from Grenache (64%) and Pinot Noir (36%), featuring juicy strawberry, red apple, and nectarine flavors with a refreshing, crisp finish.

3. 157° Randa: A delicate Pinot Noir (100%) red wine with aromas of wild strawberries, cherries, and floral notes, delivering elegance and vibrancy on the palate with velvety tannins.
