Tommy is a seasoned architect and property developer with international experience across Europe, the USA, and Asia. As the former CEO of Bellver Park Properties, he led the development of 27 high-end apartments in Palma from concept to completion. Originally from Finland, Tommy has lived in Mallorca for over a decade, combining deep local insight with hands-on expertise in construction, property upgrades, and delivering turnkey-ready homes.

Having lived in Mallorca for over ten years, Tommy understands firsthand how extraordinary life on the island can be — and he’s passionate about creating homes that are meant to be enjoyed, not left empty.

He plays a key role in the Palmallorca Co-Ownership concept, focusing on identifying, upgrading, and preparing properties to be key-ready and fully optimized for shared ownership. His expertise ensures that homes meet the highest design standards while remaining practical and functional for co-owners.

Tommy also works closely with agents and property owners listing homes on Homes in Mallorca, helping evaluate and develop the upgrade potential of properties — from initial assessment through to final presentation as ready-to-enjoy homes for new owners.
