All three, inventive and frank, have freely expressed their imagination as well as their mutual aspirations and this resulted in an exciting marriage, called “Assemblage”, symbol of boldness and sophistication in the palette of wines. Made from Pinot noir from Ay and Chardonnay from Chouilly, both Grand Cru sites, the Cuvée Exigence Brut is a newfound aromatic complexity.

This exceptional Cuvée Exigence No.10 covers the best vintages from 1995 to 2014 and is partly made from a reserve that has been stocked with the best wines since 1995, similar to the solera process.
