The Millésimé 2015 is the perfect balance between freshness and richness. The fine citrus note of the Blanc de Blancs in the nose reveals hints of fresh green apples and grapefruit. Its seductive, fine perlage and its expressive bouquet of figs, limes, almonds, nuts and linden blossoms are delicate, rich in finesse, fruity and balanced.

This vintage cuvée consists exclusively of 100% classified Grand Cru sites, a pure Chardonnay. The expansion takes place very reductively in stainless steel. The very long bottle fermentation (6 years) on the yeast ensures a very fine mousse and creamy texture.
