The day Members Pass enables you to purchase from our shop. Only our full members have the possibility to purchase wines from our wine bank, champagne, caviar, fresh truffles and more from our gourmet shop. The full Membership is valid for one year and it includes: 6 Wine Tasting events (All Inklusive) held at Aurum Lounge Mallorca in Port Andratx as well as a € 10,- discount on any further tastings you part take during the year. (members prices). You can choose and pre plan the appointments you wish to join at as published through our box-office at www.aurum-lounge.com. The day pass enables online shopping for 24 hours.

Shipping Policy
We deliver in Mallorca only. We do not ship to any other location. You will need to spend at least €1000,- to receive a free delivery from us. Any order less than this is subject to pick-up at the shop or standard postage fees by Correos/UPS/DHL. Caviar and Chilled products are subject to personal delivery, and can not be shipped. Contact us before placing your order to find out how much the delivery will cost you!
Refund Policy
Our business is clear: we do not offer refunds on any of our beverages. The European laws are clear too: refunds are only available for non-beverage items. Tickets bought for events can be refunded only until 48 hours before each event.
