Hand-harvested from estate-owned vineyards with meticulous cluster selection at the winery. Pressed at low pressure to preserve the purity of the fresh red fruit. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 13–14ºC for approximately 30 days. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels and refined in the bottle for a further 12 months before release, developing elegance and complexity.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Deep cherry-red with violet reflections, clean and bright.

• Nose: Intense aromas of ripe black fruit such as blackberries and plums, with spicy notes of black pepper, licorice, and cocoa. Hints of vanilla and roasted notes from barrel aging.

• Palate: Structured and powerful, with silky, well-integrated tannins. Great balance between fruit, wood, and acidity, offering a long, enveloping finish with an elegant mineral touch.
