To make this dream come true, in 2013 we acquired land on the beautiful island of Mallorca to make our wine, without any previous experience in the sector. In the same year we started with the first planting of vines. Today, nine different grape varieties thrive on an area of seven hectares.

From the very beginning, our ambition has been to apply natural cultivation methods: both in the cultivation and in the ageing of the wines. We renounce the use of chemical products in the cultivation and we carry out a laborious manual care of the land. On the other hand, the winery is committed to winemaking with the latest technology in order to be able to control and manage the various winemaking processes.

The energy required for processing and ageing comes mainly from solar and wind energy produced in-house. In the bodega we mainly use French and American oak barrels for ageing. Our aim is to produce top quality, natural wines with a typical Mallorcan touch. Above all, our main aim is to achieve the highest quality in our wines.
